Staying Injury Free

Staying injury free is important for anybody who exercises, from the elite athlete to the gym novice. To ensure you do not encounter any unnecessary injuries a thorough warm up in preparation for exercise is always recommended. Ensure you use proper technique and form for each and every exercise, and train within your own personal limits. Over exertion is one of the most common precursors to injury! Know when to stop and never ignore any unusual or lingering aches and pains. If you are injured, take adequate rest time before recommencing your routine.
