The Six Packs Myth

How do you get a six pack? A commonly asked question… A six pack is simply the protruding of the rectus abdominus muscles from under the skin. Many of us perform countless numbers of crunches and sit-ups to obtain a six pack, to no avail. This is because in order for the muscles to show we must remove any fat that may be sitting on top of them. Most people can have a six pack; it is simply a matter of doing sufficient cardio exercise to lower your body fat so your six pack can be made visible!
