5 Top Tips for Weight Loss
Tip 1 – Carry a water bottle with you everywhere. Many of us mistake thirst for hunger cravings!
Tip 2 – Vary your exercise program. The more your body is challenged the less likely it is to adapt to your current routine and the harder it will work - hence you will burn more calories.
Tip 3 – Eat more than 3 meals a day. Watch you portion size and eat smaller more frequent meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism revving high!
Tip 4 – Invest in a pedometer. Any incidental exercise you do throughout the day such as walking will add to the total calories you burn in a day. A pedometer is a great way to track this.
Tip 5 – Start reading food labels. You will suprised at some of the hidden fat, sugar and salt that many so called healthy foods contain!
