PRENATAL / POST NATAL EXERCISE
Intuitive Fitness specialises in prenatal and post natal health and fitness. Our personal trainers are there every step of the way provide you with safe and effective exercise practices during this period. Exercise during the prenatal and post natal period is a vital component of keeping both you and your baby happy and healthy. Regular exercise has been proven to reduce muscular pain and cramping, improve stress and anxiety levels and aid in a speedy recovery after birth. SALLY
Sally is a Certified Personal Trainer which compliments her career spanning 12years as a physical and health education teacher. She specifically enjoys aiding others to improve and achieve positive health and well being. Sally specialises in running (sprinting endurance) as well as sports specific training. She has previous experience in dealing with sports related injuries. She has expertise in weight loss and weight maintenance both personally and professionally. Sally's achievements include many successes in netball, basketball, swimming, downhill skiing, and running. She has a passion for Yoga and natural therapies. Her motto is "No matter our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born."
BEATA
Beata is a Certified Personal Trainer and a busy mum of three boys. Outside of her busy schedule Beata finds time to enjoy yoga and karate, and is currently preparing for her black belt. Beata specialises in women’s health and fitness and nothing makes her more happy than to see her clients reach their goals. “I love watching them working hard, not giving up, having fun and most of all achieving their goals. I like to always say to those who have begun personal training, - You're one step closer to achieving your goal! Now the secret to achieving this goal is to never give up!"
GAYLE
Gayle is a certified personal trainer and level 1 cycling coach. After having children Gayle was inactive for several years and eventually became obese. Gayle took up cycling to regain her health and fitness and has never looked back! She has been a competitive cyclist at a veteran/master level for the past 15 years, specializing in road racing. Gayle has achieved several Victorian and Australian championships on road and track, and bronze medal in the 2002 World Masters Games for cycling track sprint. Gayle is a passionate trainer and has direct understanding of the problems of obesity and weight loss. She inspires, motivates and encourages everybody she comes in contact with!
GERRY
Gerry is a passionate and professional Certified Personal Trainer. During the day Gerry works as a Healthcare facilities manager where he assists in providing a safe, functional, supportive environment, however his true passion is wellness, fitness and strength training. Gerry grew up in a large family where he was regularly involved in Football, cricket and other sporting pursuits. His interests include photography, computers, music, & catching up with friends. Gerry particularly enjoys personal training as he gets to see a real, tangible transformation in all his clients. He has an easy going, sanguine personality and can make any and everybody feel at ease.
ANDY
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Andy loves helping to motivate and inspire people to make a permanent change toward a healthier lifestyle. Observing the increase in energy and feeling of wellbeing that comes with the change. Andy has always been passionate about both running and resistance training and believes strongly in balance in all areas of life, especially when it comes to health & fitness. For the past five years Andy has enjoyed the role of stay at home Dad, whilst on the weekends he performs as a musician, operating a duo in the wedding industry. His hobbies include enjoying the great outdoors, sports and lots of good food. Andy has a pleasant, easygoing nature, whilst maintaining a firm discipline to ensure that his client’s goals are achieved.
GISELLE
Giselle is a certified personal trainer and also specializes in childrens fitness. She has a strong passion for health and fitness. Giselle aims to encourage others to achieve their goals and feel good about themselves, including leading a healthier lifestyle. Giselle grew up in a family who has a big passion for sports. Her main interests are playing tennis and soccer, including playing at a competitive level. On her weekends Giselle likes to kick back with a couple of friends, watch a movie or spend time with the family. With Giselle's fun and bubbly personality she is sure to make her personal training sessions exciting, motivating and of course FUN!
MAHER
Maher is a certified personal trainer, acheiving his Master Trainer qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness. Maher has vast sporting experience as a competitive soccer player. He also currently coaches under 13's soccer and is the team trainer for the Upfield Soccer Club. Maher enjoys weight training, taking a specific interest in the field of kettlebell training. Maher is dedicated to helping his clients acheive their health and fitness goals through structured personal training sessions, specific guaidance and lots of motivation!
DEAN
Dean is a motivating Master Personal Trainer who focuses on the importance of offering clients efficient yet fun training techniques. He can help you to tone, lose fat and improv your general fitness. He strives to be a personal mentor for every single client by constantly offering dietary, motivational, and long term health and fitness advice.
His qualifications include Cert. III in gym Instruction, Cert. IV in Fitness and Cert of Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
His hobbies consist of playing tennis and soccer, watching movies, travel, learning new languages, music, and cooking.
PAUL
Paul is a certified Personal Trainer attaining his Certificate III & IV in Fitness at Fitnation in Brighton. He is a passionate, results driven trainer who will go to any lengths to help his clients acheive their health and fitness goals. He is fun and energetic, and particluarly enjoys and excels at cardiovascular training sessions. He currently keeps in shape by playing football for the Univeristy Blues A Grade Amateurs and beleives that "the harder you work, the easier it is to acheive your goals, so put in the hards yards NOW!"
